When selecting a manufacturing partner, it was important to us that they abide by strict ethical and social compliance including health and safety, paying our makers above the legal wage, fair working hours, and free from all child labour.
We utilize independent certification standards and programs to verify social compliance and drive ethical change, and are proud that our partners carry both SMETA 2 pillar audit, and Global Organic Textile Standards (GOTS).

When we met Ai Chin in our search for a manufacturing partner, we immediately knew we had met our match. She has long held a passion for sustainability, and knows first hand the importance of building community and culture within her workplace.
In-house sustainability initiatives include solar panels on the facility to assist with cleaner energy consumption, and fabric recycling initiatives for all off-cuts.
They also have a wellbeing program set up with a percentage of profits that funds healthcare and school fees for all workers' families.
