Can I return items and get a refund?
We’re dedicated to making your EcoNaps experience a great one. If you’re not happy with your purchase for whatever reason, you can return the item within 30 days to exchange or refund provided it meets our returns conditions.
What are the returns conditions if I want to return something?
To be eligible for a return, please make sure that your items are returned in the same condition as you received them. This means the item must be unwashed, unworn and in the original undamaged packaging with any tags attached. Unfortunately returns that do not meet our returns conditions will not be accepted.
When can I get my refund?
When your returned goods arrive to us safely, we’ll confirm that we have received them by email. Your order will be refunded within 3-4 business days to the original payment method you used to make your purchase.
How do I return my order?
Simply follow the steps below:
- Complete our returns form online here to fill us in on the details.
- Your request will be reviewed within 1-2 working days.
- We will email your response with instructions on how to proceed.
Please note that you are responsible for shipping costs, unless of course we have made a mistake with your order in which case we will cover shipping costs.
Can I exchange an item?
Yes, if you wish to exchange an item, simply complete our returns form and in the ‘text’ box tell us what product you wish to exchange it for. We will review your request and be in touch within 1-2 days with more details.
Other things to note…
You are required to cover shipping costs for any refunds, returns or exchange requests. Unless of course we have made a mistake with your order, then we will cover the cost of shipping. All sale or clearance items can not be returned, refunded or exchanged.
